Teacher Next Door is a community based home buying program. We work with Realtors® in every community in the United States. It is FREE to register as a "Basic" Agent Partner. You also have the opportunity to register as a "Preferred" Agent Partner. Please see comparison chart below and Agent FAQ's to help you determine which option is right for you. As an Agent Partner, you are eligible to:
- Receive PRE-APPROVED buyers in your area as they become available.
- Participate in the TND Grant Program. (see video below)
- Access our FREE agent training on the various programs
- Increase your business by helping teachers, nurses and other public service employees
Requirements to become an Agent Partner:
- You must be a full time Realtor® and hold a current active real estate license in good standing. (Your license will stay with your existing brokerage)
- You must be knowledgeable, professional, and ethical and provide a high level of service to our mutual clients.
