The Terms of Use agreements below describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our real estate and lender referral services at Teacher Next Door, LLC and our associated Next Door Programs® brands. You further agree that by accessing any of the Teacher Next Door, LLC websites, or utilizing the Teacher Next Door services, you agree to be bound to the Terms of Use and Policies as are in effect at such time. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION WHICH MAY BE ENFORCED BY THE PARTIES AND A WAIVER OF YOUR CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. (See dispute resolution below)


Disclosures: Teacher Next Door, LLC (TND) is registered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to sell HUD homes and represent buyers in the purchase of HUD owned homes. Teacher Next Door is a National Home Buying Program and private organization and is not a government agency. TND is a licensed real estate company in the State of Florida. TND is not a lender, has no corporate affiliation with the above preferred lenders and receives no compensation in connection with any mortgage loans. Only Loan Officers that are Teacher Next Door Certified Program Specialist with our preferred lenders are eligible to participate in our preferred lender program. TND does not sell leads or information and does not collect or store buyers' financial information. TND direct Grants are funded by participating Agent Partners. TND may also provide information on non-exclusive government grant and down payment assistance programs, where available. Programs vary by state and all grant, down payment assistance and savings amounts are estimates. You must be represented at closing by a Teacher Next Door Agent Partner to receive the agent rebate portion of the TND grant. Agent rebates are not available in AK, KS, LA, MS. Benefits received may be affected by the services you choose and other factors, including, but not limited to, home price, for sale by owner properties (FSBO's), new construction, and reduced commissions for buyer’s agent. In some cases, TND may receive a real estate broker referral commission on your transaction. All commissions and other fees may be negotiable. You must work with a TND preferred lender to receive additional benefits.
